In 1993, businessman Tadeu Badolato Machado founded DALT Representação Comercial S/C Ltda. Initially focused on sales representation in the domestic market, DALT consolidated fundamental values and introduced to the market a differentiated way of doing business.

In 2009 the company began to plan on new paths, with goals in line with the ideas and business parameters of the founder’s daughter Andrea Machado Chaves. That gave rise to DALT BRASIL Assessoria e Consultoria em Comércio Exterior Ltda., a modern company engaged in International Trade, providing Importation, Exportation, Consulting and Sales Representation services.
